Program Manager
Workhuman is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and scale strategic enterprise programs within their platform. The role involves working across multiple teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives and drive measurable business and customer impact.

Responsibilities
Take lead on high-impact enterprise programs, defining approach, deliverables, success metrics, and outcomes across multiple cross-functional teams
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Sales, and Finance to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and deliver cohesive execution plans
Elevate internal processes from program intake and prioritization to risk management and launch readiness
Support and educate internal partners, including Sales and Customer Success teams on new product launches, program goals, and strategic outcomes
Directly contribute to products and programs used by millions of employees globally, helping shape how enterprise customers adopt and realize value from Workhuman solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years in program, project, or product management with enterprise-level responsibilities and complex scope
Strong collaborator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical teams, with a track record of cross functional partnership
Ability to translate business needs into structured program plans, measurable goals, and executable work across teams
Expertise in program intake, prioritization, planning, risk identification, risk mitigation, and execution tracking
Clear, confident communicator capable of articulating program vision, status, challenges, and outcomes to a diverse set of stakeholders
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities
Working knowledge of change management principles, and continuous improvement processes

Empowered internal teams and external partners with clear requirements, documentation, and strategic guidance to execute with confidence
Partnered with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support launches, education, and adoption at scale
