Responsibilities
Engage homeowners in assigned areas to identify exterior remodeling needs or storm-related damage
Perform detailed exterior home inspections including:
Roofing
Siding
Gutters
Windows
Soffit and fascia
Educate homeowners on product options, energy efficiency, and long-term home protection
Deliver consultative in-home presentations using measuring/estimating software
Manage your pipeline: follow-up, quotes, objections, and closing
Maintain excellent customer experience from first contact through signed agreement
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors and performing ladder/roof-level inspections
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections professionally
Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
Preferred
Prior experience in outside sales, in-home sales, or commission-based sales
Experience selling high-ticket services such as: Roofing / siding / windows, HVAC, Solar, Foundation / waterproofing, Construction or restoration services
Comfort working a consultative 'inspection → presentation → close' sales cycle
