Field Technician (Automatic Operators)

The Automatic Operator Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation and service of automatic doors with or without direct onsite supervision.

Maintain company-owned equipment

Work in a team environment with other team members

Observe all safety rules and best practices

Follow all company policies and procedures

Other relative duties as assigned

Qualification

Automatic door installationCarpentry experienceElectrical experienceManufacturer certificationsBasic tool handlingAAADM certificationTeamworkCommunication skills

Required

Experience with installation of automatic swinging, sliding, folding and/or revolving doors or other commercial doors

Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Valid driver's license

Ability to work with others on a team

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to listen, understand and follow directions

Ability to handle basic hand and power tools

Preferred

Carpentry, electrical, or wiring experience

Familiarity with construction procedures

Manufacturer specific certifications

AAADM certification
