Waste Recruiters is a rapidly growing family-owned national site services company seeking a National Business Development Representative. This sales-focused role aims to drive new business growth by identifying and securing new clients while executing strategic sales plans and building long-term relationships in the commercial waste industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new clients
Execute strategic sales plans
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial waste industry
Prospecting
Conducting market research
Managing CRM records
Collaborating with internal teams
Performing onsite visits to present and negotiate services
Qualification
Required
At least two years of outside sales experience
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Proven record of exceeding targets
