The main purpose of the internship is to work in the Technical Workshop, supporting different functions of the Repair Operation for a period of seven weeks.

Responsibilities
Work in the Technical Workshop at Richemont for a period of seven weeks, supporting different functions of the Repair Operation
Complete one week of onboarding covering all required LMS Trainings, necessary paperwork, Health and Safety Training and all Security Protocols
Participate in one week of training regarding Micro-Mechanics and handling tools and products
Follow all safety protocols and participate in training for each department every Monday to ensure all processes are followed and tools are properly applied
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in high school as a graduating senior, Class of 2026, and at least 16 years of age
Must pass Entry Examination to gauge technical abilities
In-person interview
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required
Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment is required
Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
Maintain a neat workspace at all times (includes all workspaces/areas)
Preferred
Recent graduates looking for a technical career option may also apply
