BPO Sales Manager ( New Business )

Resolv.Global is seeking a high-performing BPO Sales Manager to drive new logo acquisition across their offshore, nearshore, and onshore delivery solutions. This role focuses on aggressive outbound sales, full-cycle deal ownership, and consistent revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition for Resolv.Global’s BPO solutions, including collections, customer support, appointment setting, and back-office staffing
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
Build and maintain a high-volume, high-quality pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Sell consultatively by uncovering operational pain points and positioning BPO solutions that deliver cost savings, scalability, and performance improvement
Engage and close senior decision-makers including C-suite, HR, Operations, Finance, and Contact Center leadership
Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations while protecting margin and ensuring operational alignment
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue closed
Collaborate closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful client onboarding

Required

3+ years of BPO sales experience with a proven track record of closing new logo business
Demonstrated success in a hunter / outbound sales role, including cold calling and pipeline creation
Strong understanding of offshore, nearshore, and onshore BPO delivery models and pricing structures
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
Comfortable running full-cycle sales independently in a quota-carrying role
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and disciplined pipeline management
