Manage IT projects end-to-end (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
Coordinate internal County teams and external vendors
Develop project plans, milestones, resource plans
Maintain risks/issues logs and mitigation plans
Facilitate leadership reporting and executive status updates
Support RFP development, evaluation scoring, vendor selection recommendations
Ensure governance compliance and successful delivery

Required

IT project management experience (multi-project preferred)
Project governance, reporting, stakeholder management

Strong documentation skills

PMP / CAPM / PMI-ACP certifications
Program management experience
