Responsibilities

Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda

Conduct legal research and factual investigation and analyze complex legal issues

Draft and respond to discovery requests, including document requests, interrogatories, and subpoenas

Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

Support internal investigations, including document review and witness interviews

Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on strategy and case development

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties as appropriate

Qualification

JD from ABA accredited law schoolLitigation experienceLegal research skillsAnalytical skillsWriting skillsManage deadlinesAttention to detailOrganizational skills

Required

JD from an ABA accredited law school

1–3 years of litigation experience at a law firm or through judicial clerkship

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Experience drafting pleadings, discovery materials, and motions

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
