Responsibilities
Lead retirement planning conversations using a clear, written plan
Convert warm opportunities into long-term clients through a consultative close
Implement holistic solutions aligned to client goals and needs
Follow a consistent meeting and plan-delivery process
Partner with service and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
Contribute ideas and leadership energy to help refine the advisor experience
Qualification
Required
Active Life & Health insurance license
Active Series 65 or 66
Proven success in retirement or wealth planning conversations
Strong communication skills with clients typically 50–75
Experience presenting and closing with a written financial plan
Comfort discussing annuities and insurance as part of holistic planning
CFP® or working toward it
Background in appointment-driven or inbound-lead environments
