Responsibilities
Design and implement predictive models to forecast CE performance, customer behavior, and business outcomes
Apply AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate insights generation, enhance reporting, and support strategic initiatives
Own the full lifecycle of analytics projects, including data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across business, marketing, and finance to ensure analytics solutions are accurate, timely, and actionable
Analyze pharmacy claims and market data to identify root causes of performance issues and recommend improvements
Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and build automation workflows using Dataiku, Alteryx, Python, or R
Conduct market research and trend analysis to assess the size, dynamics, and competitive landscape of the 340B market
Continuously explore and implement innovative tools and methodologies to improve analytic capabilities and drive business impact
Qualification
Required
Experience in predictive modeling
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Experience using AI and LLMs to solve business problems or automate analytics tasks
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku)
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field
Preferred
Working knowledge of Python or R for data science workflows
Experience in statistical analysis, and machine learning
