Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models for budgets, forecasts, KPI tracking, and long-range planning; analyze performance and key drivers across all aspects of the firm
Prepare and present management and investor reports, including variance analyses and dashboards, to different stakeholders including senior management, current & prospective investors, and hub partners
Support liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and capital allocation across entities; monitor spend versus budget and identify efficiency opportunities
Partner with capital formation, investing and data/BI teams to align assumptions and enhance reporting infrastructure

Required

5 - 10 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, corporate finance, or private equity
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; strong command of Excel (SQL or BI tools a plus)
Proven ability to synthesize complex data and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution
