Responsibilities

Processes companies’ weekly payroll for hourly and salaried colleagues accurately, compliantly, and timely

Calculates wages, deductions and withholdings, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Troubleshoots timekeeping system issues, responds to payroll inquiries, and helps resolve payroll discrepancies

Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project

Enforce company standards related to work ethics, safety, quality, and other company policies within the work group

Work with an experienced team to share solutions, express concerns, monitor resources, and achieve goals
