The role involves participating in cross-functional project teams and making improvement recommendations based on analysis to enhance manufacturing and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Participate in cross-functional project teams within manufacturing, vehicle production and supporting operations

Make improvement recommendations to management based on observation and analysis

Assist in the creation of world class internal processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

Interface daily with team members at varying levels within the organization to promote the alignment of processes and systems

Perform quality inspections in accordance with documented procedures to ensure production quality is meeting customer standards

Develop and manage key metrics for measuring performance to a standard

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools
