Responsibilities
Facilitate governance and continuous improvement for external IT Managed Services Providers, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and service excellence
Champion collaborative vendor relationships, foster transparency and accountability, and lead cross-functional teams in monitoring and enhancing vendor performance using agile methodologies
Support strategic initiatives and process improvements across IT operations, optimize service delivery, and drive a culture of iterative enhancement
Coordinate efforts between vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all engagements deliver maximum value and contribute to the organization’s operational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in vendor management, supplier relations and project delivery with a focus on IT performance and governance
Extensive background in IT vendor governance and strategic partnership development
Proven ability to solve complex business or technical problems using agile frameworks
Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Preferred
Demonstrated success working with managed service providers focusing on governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement
Strong skills in supplier performance management, managed services, and financial analysis
Deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and agile best practices
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for IT governance and vendor management
Excellent leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate teams and vendors toward shared goals
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
Track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvements through agile methodologies
Strong project management skills, with experience prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives
