As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will work directly with customers to design and deliver technical solutions that leverage Crisp's platform, addressing real-world business challenges.

Responsibilities

Own technical delivery for strategic customers. Design, implement, and deploy solutions that integrate Crisp into customer systems

Work directly with customers. Understand customer business workflows and translate them into robust technical architectures and data models

Serve as a trusted technical advisor. Helping customers adopt best practices in data engineering, modeling, and automation

Work with internal Crisp teams. Product, engineering, data, and customer success — to bring insights from the field into our roadmap

Customize and extend core platform functionality. You will often be writing production-grade code that becomes part of our product

Required

Experience with distributed teams is a plus, but not required

Demonstrated the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments, whether in startups or smaller teams inside larger companies
