The role involves coaching clients to improve profits, reduce daily operational involvement, and implement the ActionCOACH system, while being held accountable to clear standards and outcomes.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Coach business owners to increase profit

Help owners step out of daily operations

Install and execute the ActionCOACH / ABoS system

Retain clients by producing real outcomes

Grow accounts naturally through trust and results

Lead weekly 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions

Drive profit improvement and owner time reduction

Hold clients accountable to plans and commitments

Review financials, execution, and systems

Escalate disengaged or uncoachable clients early

Ask for referrals when results justify it

Upgrade clients from group to 1:1 when appropriate

Expand scope based on business need

Formal ActionCOACH certification (paid)

Shadowing and observed sessions before solo delivery

Clear KPIs and quarterly reviews

Coach Trainer support and development

Want to master business coaching as a profession

Formal ActionCOACH certification (paid)
