DH Pace Company is a family-owned business and an industry leader in door and security products. They are seeking an Entry-Level Estimator to join their Carpentry & Scientific Casework team, offering hands-on experience with construction projects and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Review drawings and specifications to determine quantities and appropriate materials
Assist in pricing cabinetry and scientific casework projects
Collaborate with managers to support sales and project strategies
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal leadership
Support additional estimating and administrative tasks as needed

Qualification

Required

Strong math skills and comfort working with numbers
Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire

Preferred

Experience with Excel or Bluebeam is a plus—but not required
Background or interest in accounting, finance, business, administration, customer service, billing/payroll, or construction
