Fulfill demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements
Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions
Ability to identify, source, and move candidates through our ATS database
Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements
Work on multiple assignments simultaneously

Required

The ideal candidate will come from a high-volume recruiting/sourcing call center environment
Fulfill demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements
Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions
Ability to identify, source, and move candidates through our ATS database
Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements
Work on multiple assignments simultaneously
Data-driven with keen attention to details
Experience with global recruiting with high cultural awareness as we recruit in multiple languages in many countries
3-5 years recruiting/sourcing full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting both contractors and full-time employees in a high-volume environment
Familiar with ATS systems
Internet and social media savvy
Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
Quality headset
Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
Secure, reliable connection
Quiet dedicated workspace
