Responsibilities

Lead onboarding of Treasury Management payables products for clients
Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders
Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes
Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule
Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively
Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences

Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically eight to 10 years of related experience

Preferred

Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and customer use cases
Proven project management and leadership capabilities
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
