Responsibilities

Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and a variety of other corporate transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements and transactional documents

Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and entity formation

Collaborate with partners, clients, and cross-practice teams on strategic legal matters

Provide risk assessments and thoughtful legal analysis to help clients achieve their business goals

Required

Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate law at a law firm

Strong background in M&A, securities offerings, and other business transactions

Excellent communication and client service skills

Preferred

Experience with private equity or venture capital is a plus
