The Senior Financial Analyst will provide timely financial analysis, assist in the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, and support various reporting to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities
Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives and goals
Lead tracking performance against projections, identify trends, risks and opportunities to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the TDN organizations to gain insight into business operations
Realize trends, opportunities, limitations of the data with the ability to tell the story effectively
Lead the day-to-day financial support and detailed analysis for financial reviews with business partners and functional leaders
Maintain and improve financial models for budgeting and reporting
Participate in weekly staff meetings and deliver finance updates to business partners
Support month-end close process and ad-hoc requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience of 6 years in financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excel expertise required
Ability to put together complex presentations, communicate financial data to non-financial audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple priorities in a dynamic, changing environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to also focus on big picture ideas and goals
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare or multi-location service organization
Advanced master's degree in finance, accounting, MBA or related
