Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts
Perform data discovery and entry tasks, including formatting spreadsheets and accurately modeling fee schedules in Rivet's software
Read, interpret, and understand payer contract terms
Quickly complete task lists and provide timely updates on progress
Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work to ensure account readiness
Communicate with customers about the details of their payer contracts

Preferred

Good understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies

Comfort and ability to research complicated healthcare questions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
