Responsibilities
Designing, develop, and maintain complex SQL code (XACTLY Connect, Oracle, MS ) including procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and views
Creating and maintain database schemas, tables, indexes, and data models
Tuning and optimize SQL queries and SQL code for maximum performance using tools such as Explain Plan or similar
Performing data migration, transformation, and ETL tasks ensuring data integrity and consistency
Translating business requirements into technical specifications and maintain clear documentation
Collaborating with Business Team to troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies
Developing and maintain monitoring systems to detect and resolve data anomalies or quality issues proactively
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Have hands on experience with XACTLY Connect
Have a deep understanding of database architectures and tools (e.g. SQL, TOAD, SQL Developer, etc.)
Be proficient in performance tuning, query optimization, and execution plan analysis
Have experience in database design, data modeling, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
