Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of U.S. federal regulations and compliance processes
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple compliance projects and deadlines
Preferred
Experience with compliance audits and regulatory reporting
Familiarity with financial services or technology environments
