Develop IT strategy roadmaps aligned to County goals
Support enterprise architecture planning (current/future state)
Evaluate infrastructure/application modernization opportunities
Assist governance models, risk assessments, compliance planning
Develop budget forecasts and IT investment planning
Support policy development (security, data, systems governance)
Provide executive advisory support to County leadership
