Assistant to Director of Operations
Road Runner Wrecker Service is seeking an Assistant to the Director of Operations to support the CEO and manage various operational tasks. The role involves overseeing real estate operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, and acting as a liaison between the executive team and back-office departments.

Responsibilities
Supporting the CEO with miscellaneous tasks as needed across VFS and other companies
Managing real estate operations for 10 commercial properties, including insurance and tax bill payments, rental rate oversight, and general property management (approximately 5–10 hours per week)
Ensuring project deadlines and key initiatives remain on track, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with key stakeholders, delegating tasks, and supporting execution
A significant portion of this will involve new company integrations. this person will be responsible for driving initiatives forward and ensuring timelines are met
Acting as a liaison between the executive team and back-office departments (HR and Marketing)
