Responsibilities
Define and execute the technical vision, leading the team to build scalable, reliable, and elegant solutions
Own product outcomes, working closely with product, design, and business leaders to ensure we're solving the most important problems
Architect processes that scale, balancing speed and stability as the company grows
Drive execution, ensuring the team consistently ships high-impact, high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
Raise the bar, fostering a culture of technical excellence, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement
Be a force multiplier, hiring, coaching, and mentoring a high-caliber, diverse team of engineers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams in fast-growing startups or similarly dynamic environments
A strong technical background (10+ years overall experience), with the ability to dive deep when necessary but also operate at a strategic level
Experience building AI-driven products that have been widely adopted in an enterprise environment
A proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and impact
Ability to thrive in ambiguity—able to drive clarity, alignment, and execution even when navigating the unknown
Ability to lead through others - as the team grows you know how to delegate outcomes to others in a responsible way while still owning the final results
Relentlessly curious and always improving—you believe there's always a better way and challenge the status quo
