Responsibilities

Drive demand and grow sales of all QuickTie products by visiting jobsites, prospecting, conducting sales calls, identifying opportunities, giving presentations including hands on demonstrations, training, and repairing tools
Cultivate relationships with customers and business partners (suppliers, specifiers, building officials, and contractors).Educate. Train. Support. Entertain (•occasionally•). Solve problems (•consistently•). Understand customers’ business models and pricing structures. Be “their guy” (or gal)
Participate in homebuilder association meetings and committees and/or causes. Be a brand ambassador for QuickTie. Recruit good people
Other Administrative tasks that come with a home-based sales role including but not limited to (Booking travel, submitting expense reports in a timely manner, etc.)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of construction industry experience
Moderate to deep knowledge of residential construction, distribution, and project workflow from architect/engineer to the contractor
Sales and account management experience with a proven track record of sales/profit growth
Demonstrable abilities to: Gain product knowledge
Influence decision-makers
Develop and present captivating presentations and close sales
Fulfill all commitments made to peers, co-workers, and supervisors
Build and sustain productive customer relationships
Find and maximize opportunities for growth and development
Solve Problems
Manage multiple priorities
Navigate Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point), CRM, ERP, and other software, and to learn new systems quickly
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required)
