They are seeking an IT Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth experience while adapting communication styles to meet client needs.

Responsibilities
Manage New Client Onboarding: Oversee the entire onboarding process from initial contact to full implementation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client
Communicate Effectively: Adapt communication style to suit technical or non-technical audiences, providing clear explanations and guidance at every step
Understand Client Needs: Take time to learn each client’s goals, processes, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions that meet expectations
Provide Multi-Channel Support: Assist clients via email, text, phone, and remote sessions, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and issues
Improve Client Experience: Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding workflows and suggest improvements that create a more efficient and enjoyable process
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with internal teams to resolve challenges, share insights, and ensure seamless project execution
Deliver World-Class Service: Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer care, ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout their journey
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of routing and switching, including troubleshooting both technologies
Proficiency with popular software from vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, Intuit, etc
Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
Fundamental firewall knowledge, including SSL VPN creation and user account management
Ability to build a desktop from components
Strong customer service skills, including professional telephone etiquette
Excellent ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across all organizational levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Problem-solving skills: identify and resolve issues promptly, analyze information effectively, and work well in team settings
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement
Self-starter with strong follow-through
Professional appearance and punctuality
Ability to pass random drug tests and a background check
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel to customer locations
Preferred
Current industry certifications are a plus but not required
