Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Knowledge of insurance products, particularly disability, life, accident, dental, and critical illness insurance
Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans to improve sales performance
Licensed insurance agent and previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
