Responsibilities

Set and communicate a compelling vision and growth strategy aligned with evolving customer needs, technology trends, and regulatory landscapes
Expand market presence via new business lines, partnerships, and territorial expansion where appropriate
Architect and implement scalable operational frameworks, performance metrics, and compliance/risk management protocols suitable for a maturing fintech business
Oversee capital strategy, including raising new funding, managing investor relations, and ensuring prudent financial control
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary executive team, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and a culture of ownership, performance, and innovation
Serve as the chief spokesperson and ambassador for the company, reinforcing brand authority with customers, regulators, media, and strategic partners
Foster and maintain a high standard of corporate governance, transparency, and reporting in line with stakeholder and regulatory expectations
Guide the development and launch of innovative products and services, balancing ambition with regulatory compliance and risk management
Track and analyze market and technology trends, shaping the company’s portfolio and investment decisions
Prepare the organization for rapid scale, and structure for long-term, sustainable success, including organizational design and succession planning

Required

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred with focus in fintech, business, technology, or finance
10+ years' leadership experience, including senior roles in fintech, technology, or high-growth financial services businesses
Direct P&L oversight, preferably including both early-stage and scale-up environments
Demonstrated success in raising growth capital and navigating due diligence processes with venture capital or institutional investors
Outstanding ability to manage complex regulatory and risk environments, with a record of compliance best practices
Clear communicator, persuasive storyteller, and respected operator at board and C-suite levels
Experience building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams across functions and regions
Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to drive transformation while maintaining operational rigor
