Project Manager
OpExpert- Consulting is a commercial roofing contractor serving New Jersey and Connecticut markets. They are seeking a Project Manager/Administrative Coordinator to manage daily project operations and administrative functions, enabling the Senior Project Manager to focus on strategic oversight and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive project records across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, ClickUp, Loom, CompanyCam, Google Drive)
Organize and track all project correspondence, photos, reports, and technical documentation
Ensure all project data remains current and accessible to relevant stakeholders
Compile measurement data, inspection findings, and material specifications for estimates
Coordinate vendor quotations and maintain pricing documentation
Draft and refine Scope of Work documents with complete technical specifications
Update project estimates to reflect scope modifications
Deliver comprehensive daily project status reports via WhatsApp to Senior PM and stakeholders
Coordinate project setup including material verification, delivery scheduling, and site staging
Monitor project milestones, permit status, and inspection schedules
Identify and escalate potential delays or resource conflicts before they impact timelines
Facilitate communication between field teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure all parties maintain alignment on project scope, schedule, and quality standards
Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects
All projects complete within scheduled timeframes and approved budgets
Zero delays attributed to documentation or communication gaps
Field teams consistently equipped with proper materials and clear directives
Proactive issue identification prevents rework and schedule impacts
Seamless project workflow from initiation through closeout
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years project coordination or administrative experience in construction environment
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace applications
Experience with project management software and mobile documentation platforms
Ability to quickly master new technology systems and workflows
Exceptional organizational capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy
Ability to maintain composure and productivity in fast-paced environments
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Demonstrated reliability and accountability
Preferred
5+ years project coordination or administrative experience in construction environment
Commercial roofing or construction industry experience strongly preferred
