Responsibilities
QA digital creatives against site and industry specifications using various tools
Communicate creative or technical issues to internal account and client-facing teams
Set up and schedule campaigns within Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel
Traffic multiple creative formats including video, display, native, and addressable ads across live and on-demand content
Create and manage test pages for various creative types
Investigate creative rendering issues and delivery discrepancies at launch and throughout campaign flights
Troubleshoot ad-serving, reporting, and technical issues and escalate when necessary
Monitor campaign launches to ensure flawless execution
Reconcile first- and third-party reporting and troubleshoot discrepancies
Prepare campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders
Monitor pacing and performance, providing optimization recommendations to ensure full delivery
Support revenue goals while maintaining strong internal relationships
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support business continuity
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and system efficiency
Assist with updating and maintaining process documentation
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience using Google Ad Manager or FreeWheel
2+ years of experience with Excel, including pivot tables and data reconciliation (SmartSheets a plus)
1+ year of experience using Salesforce and OperativeOne
Hands-on experience with ad servers, primarily Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Preferred
Experience with Looker or similar reporting tools
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
