Responsibilities

Lead a culture-first and earned-led strategy across a portfolio of clients

Serve as a go-to senior strategist for multicultural and U.S Hispanic insights, particularly in new business

Provide senior strategic oversight across multiple accounts

Partner closely with creative, account, and channel strategy leads to shape strong briefs and integrated thinking

Play a visible role in new business pitches, senior client conversations, and growth initiatives

Help develop and mentor strategists, strengthening culture strategy capability across the team

Required

15+ years' experience in a planning role at an advertising, digital, integrated marketing, or PR agency (or equivalent experience in strategy, insights and analysis)

Experienced VP, Strategy (or equivalent level) with deep experience in culture, end-first thinking, and multicultural strategy

Proven partner to creative teams and senior clients

Comfortable operating across consumer, corporate, and B2B contexts

Preferred

Chicago-based preferred to strengthen regional leadership and client proximity
