Program Coordinator, Resettlement & Integration

HIAS is seeking a Program Coordinator, Resettlement & Integration to support the Resettlement & Integration team with programmatic and administrative functions. The role involves coordinating communication and logistics, managing data tracking, and assisting with grant fund tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Compiles and publishes bi-weekly Affiliate Newsletter
Coordinates agenda for Affiliate Network Call and other calls as needed
Assists with logistics for affiliate trainings, remotely or in person
Regularly updates affiliate contact or capacity information across all applicable platforms
Sets-up new affiliate and HQ users in learning management system and supports the development of training modules and live webinars as needed for the HIAS network
Assists in reviewing Litmos performance and tracking course completion by affiliate staff
Supports Resettlement & Integration team with data tracking and reporting in IRIS and Apricot, as well as responding to inquiries from clients, funders and executive leadership
Assists with tracking grant funds and submitting invoice payment requests for private grants
Prepares and reviews affiliate expenses for federal reporting on a quarterly basis
Performs quality assurance of affiliate programmatic data, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Serves as assistant content editor on HIAS intranet
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

2-3 years of work experience, with preference for experience in an operations support role
Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy while adhering to compliance standards
Ability to work independently with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of the team
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; intermediate level or higher Microsoft Excel skills required
Travel, to include travel to insecure operating environments, may be required

Preferred

Familiarity with the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program and required activities preferred, and passion for HIAS mission a must
