Fourth Floor is a contemporary fashion brand seeking a Store Manager to lead their flagship boutique in NYC. The role involves building client relationships, achieving sales goals, and managing store operations while developing a high-performing retail team.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including VIP and repeat customers
Lead the team in achieving store sales goals, conversion targets, and clienteling initiatives
Implement CRM strategies to build brand loyalty and enhance customer retention
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team passionate about fashion and customer service
Conduct performance reviews, daily coaching, and team goal-setting sessions
Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising
Ensure all operational and brand standards are upheld, from cleanliness to stock levels
Monitor stock replenishment, product transfers, and inventory accuracy
Ensure loss prevention and safety protocols are followed at all times
Partner with visual teams and HQ to implement seasonal floor sets and window displays
Keep the sales floor fresh, on-brand, and aligned with key merchandising directives

Required

5+ years of retail management experience in luxury, contemporary, or designer fashion
Strong leadership and coaching ability with a focus on team development
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Passion for fashion and an in-depth understanding of luxury/contemporary clientele
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in POS systems and CRM tools
