Responsibilities

Support the Investor Relations team in day-to-day communications with EB-5 investors

Respond to investor inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally, escalating issues as needed

Assist in managing complex and sensitive investor situations with discretion and sound judgment

Provide reassurance and emotional support to investors during high-pressure or time-sensitive situations

Maintain organized records of investor communications and documentation

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely investor updates

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions

Required

Prior experience in the EB-5 industry, particularly in investor-facing or client service roles

Exceptional patience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to reassure, comfort, and build trust with investors

High integrity, maturity, and a strong sense of responsibility; dependable and grounded

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset

Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with Mandarin-speaking investors
