Provides analysis functions in support of new or upgraded vendor, in-house computing systems and special projects. Participates in requirements gathering and documentation

Participates in the development, testing and follow-up evaluation of system design and projects

Assists departments in applications system management functions. Develops a system to ensure the effective maintenance of security for all applications supported

Provides training and assistance to team members

Performs other duties as required or assigned

Preferred

REDCap experience is preferred

Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of relevant work experience or the equivalent is preferred

Project management and application testing skills are desirable

For applicable positions: Has vendor application certification/proficiency or earns it within 12 months of hire (i.e. Epic application certification). Maintains certification/proficiency in accordance with vendor requirements
