They are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Global Benefits to manage complex global benefits programs and support M&A activities, ensuring compliance and competitiveness across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Independently manage and administer complex global health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits programs across multiple regions

Lead benefits activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures including due diligence, program assessment, transition planning, and implementation

Partner with regional HR teams to adapt global benefits frameworks to local requirements while maintaining program consistency

Serve as primary owner of global and regional benefits vendor relationships, managing performance and resolving issues

Conduct advanced cost, utilization, and trend analysis to improve program efficiency and competitiveness

Support benefits budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling in collaboration with Finance

Act as subject matter expert for global benefits compliance, supporting audits, filings, and regulatory reviews across multiple jurisdictions

Lead benefits due diligence and risk assessment for M&A activity, identifying compliance, financial, and operational considerations

Maintain and enhance global benefits policies, controls, and documentation to support governance and risk mitigation

Develop advanced reporting and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, employee experience, and market competitiveness

Translate complex benefits data into clear, actionable insights for HR and senior leadership

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts as a recognized subject matter expert
