Actively utilize clienteling tools and maintain a detailed client book to track preferences, follow up after purchases, and drive long-term engagement and repeat business

Leverage clienteling to inform customers of new arrivals, restocks, events, and brand moments in a timely and personalized way

Uphold Madhappy’s brand values by fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and community-driven store environment

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling sales floor that aligns with brand standards

Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives
