Responsibilities
Perform cell-based assays and ligand-binding assays including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, multiplex assays, and related techniques
Support the development, validation, transfer, and troubleshooting of immunoassays and cell-based assays
Maintain accurate experimental records and document results in accordance with laboratory standards
Order laboratory supplies, manage inventory, and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment
Support routine laboratory operations while adhering to safety and quality guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, or a related scientific field
Hands-on experience with cell culture, flow cytometry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays
Working knowledge of basic cell biology and immunology principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present experimental findings clearly
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established timelines in a laboratory setting
Preferred
Experience with multiplex discovery assays and bead-based immunoassays
Prior industry laboratory experience supporting research or development programs
Familiarity with assay development or validation activities
