Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include research assignments, supporting, reporting, and communicating
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and answer inquiries through the team's email and phone lines
Heavy research on suspected duplicates
Resolving invoice processing issues and supporting various reporting efforts
Troubleshooting GR/IR (goods receipts and invoice receipts)
Utilizing Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
Fast paced environment with high volume

Qualification

Accounts Payable processingSAPExcel proficiencyAttention to detailProblem solving

Required

3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume setting
Major ERP experience - SAP preferred
Proficiency with Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas
Attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
