Bookkeeper
WeConnectU is a fast-paced and growing accounting firm located in Miami. They are seeking an Account Manager/Bookkeeper to serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring exceptional service and financial accuracy while managing various bookkeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Review financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) prepared by our bookkeeping team
Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies, providing feedback to our bookkeeping team
Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by clients and management
Enter invoices, bills, checks, and deposits into QuickBooks, as needed
Process payroll accurately and on time
Calculate and file sales tax returns
Assist with occasional bookkeeping projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Typing speed of 55+ WPM
Ability to commute to Miami, FL 33155 (Required)
This is an on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
