Responsibilities

Lead a team of Security technicians and subcontractors that install ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom and other low voltage systems for clients in Northern Virginia

Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with the help of local engineering, sales, and technical staff

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure robust communication with customers and the team

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple projects and report job status, schedule updates, risk mitigation steps, changes, and material needs throughout the project’s lifecycle

Lead a team of Senior/Lead Techs, Jr Techs, and subcontractors

Maintain project equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and quality

Assist with creating proposals as needed

Required

Project Management experience in an electronic security system environment

Ability to lead and mentor a team

Experience overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is done as is expected by i2G systems and all stakeholders

Strong communication skills. This goes not only within the i2G team but also with our customers and subcontractors

Ability to Read and understand security system drawings as well as familiarity with electrical and civil drawing packages

Experience managing integration engineers that program electronic security systems including but not limited to access control systems, intrusion detection systems and CCTV systems

Maintain project equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and quality

Assist with creating proposals as needed

Previous project management in electronic security systems field

Must be able to pass a background check

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proficient with scheduling software such as MS Project, SimPro, or Smartsheets

Proficient with Microsoft Windows

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have a valid driver's license

5+ Years previous experience with electronic security systems required
