Human Resources Manager
Zerega Consulting is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join an AmLaw 200 law firm in Florida. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of professional staff hiring, administering employee benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of professional staff hiring, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, offers, onboarding, and new hire orientation
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative, innovative recruiting strategies
Administer employee benefit programs, including retirement and pension plans, medical, dental, vision, and Section 125 plans (HSA, FSA, commuter benefits)
Provide payroll processing support and serve as backup as needed
Oversee all leaves of absence, including STD, LTD, FMLA, military leave, and other statutory or firm-related leaves
Manage Workers’ Compensation incidents and related reporting
Administer attorney and professional staff evaluation, compensation, and bonus processes
Coordinate RFP processes for insurance brokers, HRIS/payroll providers, and other HR-related vendors
Serve as HRIS Administrator and provide technical support to users
Create, revise, and evaluate job descriptions
Maintain working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and ensure compliance
Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and innovations, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate
Handle special projects as assigned
Execute all duties with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
SHRM Certification required (CEBS certification is a plus)
Minimum of three years of HR experience in a law firm environment
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
