Assists with cost report management & tracking
Assists with project scheduling, including regular updates
Manages subcontractors and inputs quantities into the system of record and prepares pay estimates
Performs take-offs
Identifies and resolves conflicts between design plans and onsite conditions and communicates changes to others
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience in estimating or engineering in heavy civil construction industry
