Help solve the housing crisis!
TCA Architects specializes in the design of high density multi-family housing, mixed-use and hospitality developments taking pride in shaping quality environments for people and neighborhoods
The ideal candidate has the high level skills with SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite to quickly generate concept sketches for multi-family, hospitality, and mixed-use design in a fast paced environment
The successful candidate is also able to express design thinking clearly and concisely to firm leaders, colleagues, and clients
Qualification
Required
Strong design and form-giving skills required
3 - 5 years of experience in architecture, ideally with 2-3 years in multi-family design
Proficient in Sketch-Up, Revit and Adobe Suite
Ability to create architectural designs and concepts through hand sketching and drafting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
Bachelors in Architecture required
Preferred
Ideally started on the path to licensure
