Responsibilities
Provide customer service deliverables including configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting within the Planning and Performance solutions, with an emphasis on providing customers with a high-value experience while managing project budget and timelines
Perform detailed reviews and deliver proactive recommendations on module configurations and understand customer's accounting, data and organizational structure
Partner with customers to support and drive tool adoption and develop process workflows for administrating the various areas of the application tailored to the nuances of the organization
Mentor junior team members and support their development of cost accounting, healthcare finance, and customer support skills
Develop service proposals for customer engagements utilizing a library of standard service offerings and standard contractual language
Support implementation and optimization projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience in the healthcare finance and analytics space
Knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and experience with financial systems
Direct experience with Strata applications such as Operating Budgeting, Management Reporting, Strategic Planning, and Capital and Business Planning
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response
Strong executive presence to manage senior level relationships
Collaborative working style to partner with customer finance teams
Growth mindset to continuously improve program and customer satisfaction
Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Advanced skills Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20–35%
