Automation & Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Support functions to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and on-site observations to understand current-state processes, root causes, and business constraints
Translate business challenges into clear, actionable solution approaches using the most appropriate technology, including automation, system configuration, custom software, scripting, dashboards, or third-party tools
Collaborate with IT, developers, and external vendors to design, deliver, and enhance scalable solutions aligned with business goals, data governance standards, and architectural best practices
Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams by evaluating solution options, outlining tradeoffs, and recommending practical, high-impact approaches
Support rapid prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and iterative improvements to validate solutions before broader rollout
Drive solution adoption through clear communication, documentation, training, and hands-on support to ensure business value is realized
Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, solution designs, and post-implementation impacts
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of deployed solutions using efficiency, accuracy, adoption, and ROI metrics; communicate results and insights to leadership
Coordinate timelines, priorities, and dependencies across multiple initiatives, balancing short-term execution with longer-term improvement opportunities
Act as a change agent by promoting continuous improvement, technical literacy, and openness to new tools and approaches across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field required
5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation roles
Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to gain trust and engagement across all levels of the organization
Skilled at storytelling with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas and communicate the 'why' behind change in a way that inspires action
Strategic thinker who can connect business objectives to technology solutions and measure the impact of transformation initiatives
Comfortable facilitating workshops, leading cross-functional teams, and driving consensus in environments with competing priorities
Demonstrated success leading organizational change, technology adoption, or continuous improvement program
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a bias toward practical solutions and measurable results
Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Growth mindset and passion for learning emerging technologies, especially in AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making
Experience leading digital or process transformation programs, particularly those requiring cross-departmental collaboration and change adoption
Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven technologies (ex. Power Automate, Azure AI, ChatGPT, Blue Prism, etc.) is a strong plus — technical depth not required but curiosity is essential
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic goals

Preferred

Experience in technology enablement or AI initiatives strongly preferred
Background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred
Experience with process mapping and visualization tools (ex. Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) preferred
