Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of data models, dashboards, and reports that support strategic HR and business initiatives
Understand the methodologies used in the tool and advise on necessary customization for country requirements
Analyse complex datasets and leverage on available tools to uncover statistical trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Support the Pay Equity and Transparency initiative by generating clear, data-driven reports that inform leadership decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting tools
Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, enabling informed decision-making
Contribute to the development of data governance standards and best practices
Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to align metrics with strategic goals
Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve analytics capabilities

Qualification

Data analyticsSQLData visualizationPythonStatistical methodsProactive mindsetFluency in EnglishCommunication

Required

Approx 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis
Skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Experience working with large, multi-source datasets in a corporate environment
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels
Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive analytics
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
Fluency in English

Additional languages are a plus
